Effective Communications (Decker) SR191
This course is designed to improve the student's ability to develop and
deliver effective presentations. The student will learn effective
question and answer techniques and effective use of visual aids.
STUDENT PROFILE:
CSO sales reps, sales management, and PSO Consultants
PREREQUISITES:
None
STUDENT PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES:
Upon completion of this course, students will be able to:
o Increase personal impact.
o Be more credible and persuasive in their communications.
o Use gestures, movement and posture for more confident
presentations.
o Use voice for more persuasive and interesting delivery.
o Establish and maintain effective eye communication.
o Eliminate empty "non-words" in their communications.
